Umbria - these lovely vacation rental apartments are in a villa set in the stunning hilly countryside close to Todi in Umbria, near the cities of Assisi, Orvieto, Spello and Perugia.
The country villa is at a convenient distance from Umbria,
Lazio and Tuscany's main attractions. This eight hectare olive oil and wine
producing farm offers comfort and tranquillity while nearby the old world
charm of Todi is waiting to be discovered.
The farm uses traditional procedures to obtain natural, additive-free
wine and cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, as well as honey, jams,
and seasonal
fruits and vegetables from the vegetable garden. Coming in November you
will have the chance to pick and press the olives, and taste the results.
The self-catering rental accommodations share a 3000 sqm garden with a
swimming pool, children's area and fully-fitted solarium, and consist
of three three-roomed
apartments sleeping four (Il Glicine, La Margherita and Il
Girasole) and
two two-roomed apartments sleeping two (Il Papavero and Le
Spighe).

The three-roomed rentals each cover about 70 sqm and have
two floors, containing a kitchen, lounge and toilet on the ground floor
and a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with
shower on the upper floor.
The two-roomed rentals cover about 32 sqm, and are made up of a double bedroom,
a kitchen dining area and a bathroom with a shower. One has a terrace and
one has a patio, both with beautiful views of Todi.
All the apartments have been carefully furnished, with environmentally friendly
wood elements created by a craftsman-artist.

Other shared facilities include a Jacuzzi, hydrobikes and
a lounge for reading, watching tv and generally relaxing, as well as a barbecue,
ping-pong, birdwatching, table football and crossbow archery, and a kitchen
garden during the summer.
There are various excursion routes for bikes or on foot with different degrees
of difficulty that start directly outside the front gate, with itineraries
and maps available at the reception.
Also available on request for a minimum of eight people is an olive oil
sampling course with an expert.
Prices depending on the seasons and ranges from Euro 445 to Euro 795 for two roomed apartments and from Euro 680 to 1145 for three roomed apartments.
