Between Umbria and Tuscany, surrounded by wonderful vineyards and olive trees, lies Marilena la Casella. A typical, family-owned country farm, it has five vacation apartments, a magnificent garden and a beautiful swimming pool.
There are two small towns close by, easily reachable by car. There are inns, pizzerias and restaurants, banks, post offices, markets, food stores and filling stations. The farm dominates the whole of the Niccone River valley - from here you have a great view upon a hilly landscape, a cultivated valley and the ruins of an ancient castle. The atmosphere is warm and friendly and you will spend your time in absolute tranquillity.
Each apartment has an independent entrance, and the furniture is simple and comfortable in the Umbrian tradition. Each apartment has its own living room and bedroom with either two or three beds, and a bathroom with either shower or bathtub. All have satellite TV.

Apartment Sole has been recently restored and furnished in a traditional style. Lovely and comfortable, it has a big living room measuring 40 square metres, a fireplace and a nice kitchen. The living room's French window looks onto a balcony from where you can admire the swimming pool the vineyards and the olive trees.
With the same specification as Apartment Sole, Apartment Luna also has two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a magnificent bathtub.
Apartment Gioia has a living room, kitchen, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. The French window in the living room looks onto a balcony from where you can admire the wide valley, the surrounding hills and the spectacular castle of Lisciano.
