Apartment rentals in Umbria - A 15th century farmhouse on a hill just outside Perugia - in open countryside, but twenty minutes on foot from the historic centre of the city.

Converted into a family villa in the 1970s, during 2001-2002 the building was once again refurbished and remodelled into three sumptuous apartments, designed for families wishing to spend brief holiday periods in Umbria.

This isn't your average farm holiday accommodation, nor an identikit vacation flat, but a luxurious apartment in a villa in which the owners themselves live. Here you will reside amid elegance, comfort and tradition, and accompanied by warm, friendly, family hospitality. A new elegant and charming swimming pool with salt water is now available for our guests.

What makes the farmhouse unique is the friendly family management, which provides a combination of tradition and culture, elegance and comfort. This balance is beautifully achieved in apartments furnished with antiques and decorated with frescoes depicting the paintings of the most celebrated Umbrian painters. The owners live in an adjacent wing of the villa. They are on hand to help with all your needs, with suggestions for sightseeing and cultural tours of the countryside, the most interesting Umbrian towns, as well as Rome and Florence.

Every apartment has an independant entrance and heating and will be provided with the number of beds requested (2-3 or 4-6 beds).
All have a living room with fireplace and a small library and offer satellite TV, ADSL wireless internet connection, air conditioning, and all rooms have mosquito screens. The fully equipped kitchens (dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, American style coffee machines) will be supplied with everything needed for a hearty breakfast on the first morning. Other facilities for your comfort and convenience include Jacuzzi whirlpool bath, washing machine, fans, safe, ironing equipment and hairdryer. Surrounded by greenery, with a garden and reserved parking spaces, the apartments also boast a barbecue, kennel (dogs are welcome) and a table-tennis table.

Apartment Perugino sleeps 4+2 and covers 80m². The apartment comprises a living room with fireplace and double sofa bed, kitchen, bedroom with 2 single beds (that can be transformed into a double bed), double bedroom, bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, stand up shower and a private terrace with table, sun bed and chairs. Weekly prices range from €400 to €1380 (usually Saturday to Saturday).

Apartment Bonfigli: our bed and breakfast sleeps 2+1 and covers 50m². The apartment comprises a living room with kitchenette, fireplace and single sofa bed, a junior suite with dividable double bed, a bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and a private terrace with table, sun bed and chairs. Daily prices range from €100 to €160, 7 nights special rental price available on request.

Apartment Pinturicchio sleeps 4+2 and covers 80m². The accommodation comprises a living room with fireplace and double sofa bed, kitchen, bedroom with 2 single beds (that can be transformed into a double bed), double bedroom, bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, stand up shower and a private terrace with fantastic views; there is also a 'garden corner' with table, sun bed and chairs. Weekly prices range from €400 to €1380.

Prices include water, heating and lighting; towel and linen change once a week; apartment cleaning once a week; food and drink to make a delightful Italian-style breakfast for the first morning of stay. WE HAVE LONG TERM SPECIAL RENTAL PRICES FOR YOU STAY IN PERUGIA!

There are special rates for stays of three weeks or more. A week is generally taken from Saturday to Saturday.

These self-catering rentals are all-inclusive ... no surprise payments or extras at the end of your stay. Rental of these splendid apartments includes electricity, heating and water, towels and linen with a weekly change, local taxes and weekly cleaning. You will be provided with a starter pack of Umbrian foodstuffs, red wine and drinks for a hearty Italian breakfast on the first morning of your stay.

Shared with the other guests are a new and charming swimming pool with salt water and with a hot shower, sunbeds and chairs, table tennis table, clothes dryer, internet point with ADSL connection, parking within the property (among the olive trees). The owners are always on hand to help with any queries ... and there is fabulous sightseeing in the area.

On request, at extra cost, you can have cooking lessons with a celebrated chef, wine tours, chocolate tour, personal shopper, personal masseur, personal chef, ceramics art school, photography classes, extra cleaning of the apartment, extra changes of linen and sheets, a house maid.

Cooking courses with a popular Perugian chef can be arranged on request. Classes range from 2 to 6 people and are offered in English. Only fresh seasonal products are used.
