Rising on a hill, near the ruined Castle of Pugnano, this farmhouse dates from the second half of the eighteenth century. It has now been lovingly restored, preserving its harmony with both its surroundings and with the history of the region of Umbria.
Immersed in a green landscape and far from the chaos and pollution of the city, Pugnano Alto is nonetheless ideal for families, with plenty of facilities nearby. The road to the farm is asphalted, and there is a pharmacist, doctor, grocery, bank, butcher and restaurants only one kilometre away in the village of Lisciano Niccone.
Within the grounds there is a car park, a 12m swimming pool, a gazebo and a play area for the kids. The children will also love meeting the goats which graze in the next field. There are barbecues for your use, and you can buy produce from the farm, including mushrooms, honey and olive oil.
