The grounds are a terrific place to eat, drink, or simply relax, and there is staff on hand to tend the gardens and pool. You can use barbecues on the shaded terrace with unforgettable views over the Umbrian hills. A garden with lawns, fruit trees leads to the 12-metre pool. Guests can enjoy the Gazebo under which shadow you can admire the stunning view of Todi's  hills.

Depending on the season, the villa costs between €1600 and €3800 a week.

A 40% deposit is payable and the balance is due 60 days before you arrive.

Included in the price: Wi/Fi broadband, VAT, weekly change of linens, gas, electricity (up to 330KW/week), water, swimming pool/garden maintainance, maid service twice a week (on Saturday and mid-week).

Service upon request: air conditioning €20 per day, heating €40 per day. Additional maid service (€15 per hour), cook service (€20 per hour), shopping service (€30), events organization.

There is plenty to do within a short drive of the villa. See the beautiful countryside while hiking, biking or horse riding. Enjoy a game of golf, tennis, or visit the local fitness centre and gym. There is fishing, hunting and wildlife viewing. Or if you desire more urban pursuits, there is good shopping, restaurants, live theatre, cinemas and museums. There is also limitless opportunity for sightseeing, with the spectacular countryside and towns of Umbria, Tuscany and beyond. Todi is 8km away, Deruta 20km, Assisi 45km, Orvieto 35km, Perugia 40km, Rome 130km, Siena 150km, Florence 190km, and the border with Tuscany is 50km away. Distances to the airports: Rome 150km, Florence 190km, Perugia 38km, Ancona 160km, Pisa 260km.
New: for those coming from the UK, there is a direct flight, London Stansted - Perugia S.Egidio, which is at half an hour by car from the villa, the flight is operated by Ryanair (also on Saturdays).
