This vacation home, Italy, is a charming stone farmhouse dating back to the 14th century. Set on a four-hectare farming estate with plants, olive trees and orchards, this villa in Umbria has a superb location.
The villa, tastefully restored with most of its original architectural features and its ancient charm preserved, is quietly located and offers beautiful views over the surrounding landscape. The interiors are nicely decorated in a rustic style.

Distances from this vacation home, Italy, are as follows: the little town of Agello, with all kinds of shops, 2km; the shore of Lake Trasimeno (water-sport facilities) about 7km; Perugia 12km; the famous medieval town of Cortona about 25km; Assisi about 30km; Florence is some 130km away. A golf course, a tennis court and horse riding facilities are within 10km of this villa in Umbria. Excellent restaurants offering dishes in the local tradition are available in the area surrounding the house. A bus stop with buses for Perugia is 300m from the villa.

At guests' disposal is a large, terraced garden (5000m²) offering beautiful views over a valley, swimming-pool (9 x 4m: open from 01/05 to 30/09), two furnished gazebos, table tennis, games for children, barbecue, bread oven, volleyball court; fly screens on all windows; telephone. Pets are only allowed if they stay in a room on the ground floor provided for the purpose. This villa in Umbria has a maid service available by arrangement (€10 per hour payable locally). Bath towels for the swimming pool are available on request (payment on the spot). A baby cot is available at an extra charge of €52 per week to be paid on the spot.

This vacation home, Italy sleeps 10, has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a floor area of 250m². Facilities include the garden, terrace, heating, private swimming pool, telephone, maid service, mosquito nets, washing machine and dishwasher.
The mezzanine ground floor of this villa in Umbria (access via three steps) leads to a living-room with dining area and fireplace, kitchen (oven, dishwasher), living-room with fireplace and terrace leading to the garden via an outdoor staircase. There is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with tub and shower, bedroom with four single beds and ensuite bathroom with tub and shower.
The first floor has a double bedroom with fireplace, double bedroom with sofa bed (only suitable for two children or one adult), bathroom with tub. The ground floor has a large room with living area, big dining table and fireplace, laundry with washing-machine and toilet.
