Restored with all their original architectural features preserved they have been transformed into seven charming apartments.

The railway station at Selci is 1.5km away. Situated as the property is on the border between Tuscany and Umbria, there is much to do nearby. A public tennis court is 4km, the spas at Terme di Fontecchio 5km. Horse-riding facilities and a golf course are 6km from the property.

At guests' disposal is a large shared, equipped outdoor space (partly lawn), swimming-pool (17.5 x 7.5 m - open from 01/05 to 30/09) with Jacuzzi area; washing machine available; parking within the grounds; only small pets allowed; baby cot available by arrangement (€25per week, payment on the spot).
All of the flats have use of the garden, terrace and the shared swimming pool. All have mosquito nets, washing machines and the option of maid service; pets are allowed. Weekly rental prices are as follows:
