Villas Iin Italy - Casa di Penna is a luxurious vacation villa for up to 12 on the borders of Umbria and Lazio, Italy. With extensive gardens and swimming pool, this makes for a superior Italian villa holiday.
A beautiful stone-built villa in the centre of a property with six hectares of land, set on the edges of a forest, and on the slope of a gentle hill ... this is idyllic Italian holiday accommodation. The villa is a former farm building which has been transformed and extended, but has kept the atmosphere and charm of a typical Umbrian country farmhouse. The annex is near the main house.
The ground floor of the house comprises an entrance hall, dining room, kitchen with access to the grounds, entrance to the cellar, a spacious and split-level living room with large fireplace, divan beds, and a piano set in a music area with access to the gardens. There are two double bedrooms with access to the garden, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room.
The mezzanine floor has a double bedroom including en-suite bathroom with bath, a single bedroom, a lounge with access to the garden and to the patio, and a bathroom with shower.
The attic (its roof ranges from 1.5 metres to 2.8 metres) comprises an entrance way with single bed, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
The annex covers 70 square metres and stands 20 metres from the villa. It has a terracotta paved outdoor area, and includes a spacious living/dining room with fireplace and kitchen area. There are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath. Should you want to hire the annex, you should request it and pay for its hire when you book.
