Elegant yet cosy, I Ginepri is a centuries old stone country house set on a natural terrace, with rolling hills around and the stunning scenery of Umbria laid out before you. This is an estate of 120 acres or more of orchards and olive trees, gardens and forest, with a swimming pool and lounge area.

This superb oasis has been expertly remodelled by famed architect Roberto Marcotulli, with modern and luxurious notes added to the antique estate. There are suites around the pool, and the large terrace looking over the forest is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast. Fresh organic produce is prepared by the owners, and the private courtyard is the setting for aperitifs every night during your stay.

The 16 beautifully furnished rooms are each named after native flowers, blending modern comforts with comfortable and peaceful antique surroundings. All rooms and suites have an outdoor space, either a garden or terrace.

Panorama rooms are spacious, set over two floors. The ground floor has a living room with sofa bed, fridge bar, bathroom, and fitted and equipped kitchenette. The raised first floor has a double bedrooms. There is TV, DVD, internet connection, air conditioning and a private garden area. Sleeping up to three, the rooms range from €90 to €110 per night.

Suites del Casale sleep two to three. They have a bathroom with shower or tub, LCD TV, fridge bar, internet link, DVD and private terrace or garden. They cost from €100 to €120 per night.

The fully equipped meeting room can accommodate up to 60 guests, with video conferencing available. The estate also has a wellness area. Dogs are welcome as long as they are not too big!
