Villa Diana is surrounded by an oak wood and set in a large fenced olive grove with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. The large swimming pool (6m x 12m) has hydro massage, is lit and has a gazebo just a few metres from the house. The well-kept garden is provided with comfortable garden furniture and outside cooking facilities (barbecue and oven).

Villa Diana is laid out as follows. The ground floor has a large
comfortable kitchen with a typical Umbrian fireplace. Arched French windows
give a panoramic view and open on to a patio eating area. There is a large
dining room and two living rooms, one with sofa bed and TV. There is a double
bedroom with its own bathroom, and laundry facilities.
The first floor has two double bedrooms (one of them with its own bathroom,
TV and terrace). There is a single room with two beds and a small loft; and
a bathroom with shower. A French window gives plenty of light, looking on
to a large terrace and a garden with olive trees.
