The chief seaside resorts of the region are also a short distance, as well as Lake Garda and the most beautiful spots in the Dolomites.

Le Magnolie is a 160sqm luxury apartment, located in the central part of the villa and furnished with antiques. On the second floor, it has autonomous heating, air conditioning, screen windows, TV, telephone, and all laundry and weekly cleaning is included. There is a large hall, sitting room, roomy kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and a loft containing the third bedroom and the third bathroom. This flat is comfortable for 6/8 people.

The roomy and bright hall has a modern staircase that leads to the loft, wardrobe, table and chairs; it divides the night area from the day area. The main bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, dressing table, armchair and chairs and wardrobe. The private bathroom has bath, WC, washbasin and bidet. The second bedroom has joinable twin beds, bedside tables, wardrobe and chairs; a bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin, bidet.

The third bedroom and bathroom (in the loft) has joinable twin beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, coat hanger and chairs; a bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin and bidet. The sitting-room faces south and is very large and furnished with many antiques; there are two single bedded sofas, a normal sofa, four armchairs and two small tables. There is a complete kitchen with refrigerator, oven and stove, dining table with eight chairs, kitchenware, tableware.

The second of these villa apartments between Padua and Venice, Il Fogher is a 90sqm apartment on the ground floor, in the west wing of the Villa. It has heating, screen windows, TV, telephone and all laundry and weekly cleaning is included. The big old fireplace (foghèr) in the living room and the beam ceilings characterise the apartment, with the furnishings in elegant country style. There is an entrance, living room, two bedrooms, storeroom and bathroom, and it is comfortable for 4/6 people. There is a double bedroom with bedside tables, dressing-table, chair and two armchairs, plus a private dressing room; a twin bedroom with desk and chairs and the wardrobe just outside the room.

There is a big living room with a large fireplace. It has a complete kitchenette with refrigerator, oven and stove, dining table with six chairs, kitchenware and tableware; double sofa bed, armchairs, rocking chair and two small tables. There is a wardrobe just outside the living room. The bathroom has a shower, bath, WC, washbasin and bidet.

The third of these holiday rentals in Italy, Il Portico is a 45sqm apartment, on the ground floor in the barchessa (the oldest part of the villa) with independent access from the garden, central heating, screen windows, TV, telephone, all laundry and cleaning included. There is a living room, bedroom, bathroom, and it comfortably sleeps 2/4 people.
