Situated in Vanzo, a hamlet 5km from Monselice, the house has recently been renovated into two independent apartments (A and B) with every modern comfort. Each has its own entrance and garden area with furniture. Each has a fully equipped kitchen and dishwasher, fireplace, washing machine and TV. Each has several rooms over two floors with elegant furniture for 5 persons (A) and 6 persons (B).
The excellent renovation has kept the original features such as brick floors and wood-beamed ceilings. The private garden, with enclosed parking spaces, is guarded by electrical gate. The nearest grocery and restaurant/pizzeria is 100 metres from the door. A market, restaurants and railway station are in Monselice. Padua is 20km, Venice 50km, with a direct rail link.

Each apartment is set out as four rooms over two floors, and both are perfect for a family to relax in peace, or for several friends. Pisani A has two baths, bidet and WC and Pisani B has three bathrooms. Each living/dining room has a fireplace and kitchen. Facilities include colour TV, sheets, blankets, towels, soap, washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and dishwasher.
The bedrooms are all equipped with heating, and there are double sofa beds. The rooms have fully equipped bathrooms with showers. The comfort of the rooms guarantee the maximum of privacy, in a warm, friendly atmosphere. Note that heating (if needed) is extra, as is firewood. Pets are not allowed. The owners speak English and Spanish and are on hand to help during your stay.
Apartment rates are per week and for four people, if you want a shorter stay or you are more than four people, please contact your hosts. Low season runs 3 January – 3 April and 23 October – 20 December. Mid season is 3 April – 26 June and 28 August – 23 October. High season runs 26 June – 28 August and 20 December – 3 January (check with your hosts to confirm dates). Casa Pisani A is, for seven days, EURO €600, €680 and €780 depending on the season. Apartment B is €600, €780 and €880.
Your price includes private parking in a closed private garden with electric gate; complete supply with weekly change of bed linen and towels for bath and kitchen; electricity; fully equipped kitchen and gas consumption in kitchen; hot and cold water; final cleaning and tax. The price doesn’t include the heating expenses of €68 per house (€9.80 per day) if used.
