A luxuriously restored Italian farmhouse rental, La Bencontenta offers accommodation for up to 14, in the Venice countryside, Italy. Lying within the parklands of the historic estate of Frassanelle, this is a hidden oasis of peace between Venice, Padua and Vicenza ... and a perfect spot for a golfing holiday.
But most of all, this Italian farmhouse rental, in the heart of the Venice countryside, Italy is a traditional Venetian farmhouse. The house, fully restored in 2003, has 6 bedrooms on 3 floors (ground floor and 2 upper floors), a typical loggia in front of the house for al fresco meals, and a large private pool.
The house looks out onto the Euganean hills and the park of Frassanelle. It is surrounded by a private, fenced garden of 6000m². The garden has been carefully planted with a herb garden, roses, lilacs, Tibetan geraniums, iris and calendula. The trees are poplars, walnut, hazelnut, as well as fruit trees, including figs, cherries and apple trees.

Covering 240 m², this Italian rental farmhouse sleeps 14 in 7 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. There is a 200m² loggia and a 16 x 8m pool. The ground floor has a living room with open fireplace, kitchen, breakfast room, dining room, 2 twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (accessible to disabled guests), an extra WC and a large shady loggia for al fresco meals. The first floor has a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a large (80m²) living space. The second floor has 2 twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
The 6000m² garden has a large private pool equipped with sun beds and deck chairs. There is a herb garden and orchard, barbecue, ping pong table and car park.
Your rental includes dishwasher, washing machine, satellite TV, DVD player, CD stereo, cot and high chair, as well as cleaning help 4 hours per day, 5 times a week. Upon request, you can have air conditioning, central heating, extra household help, a first shopping, a dinner on the evening of your arrival, a cook, towels for the pool.
Low Season: From 01/01 to 30/03, from 14/04
to 11/05, from 27/10 to 14/12.
Mid Season 1: From 31/03 to 13/04, from 12/05 to 01/06, from
29/09 to 26/10, from 15/12 to 28/12.
Mid Season 2: From 02/06 to 29/06, from 01/09 to 28/09.
High Season: From 30/06 to 31/08.
Weekly rental (for 12 guests) is EURO €3000 for low season, €3800
for mid season 1, €4450 for mid season 2 and €5360 for high season.

Rates are per week and include household help, electricity, water, weekly change of linen and final cleaning. Extra charges include central heating (which is expensive in Italy), wood for the fireplace. 50% of the rent is to be paid at booking; the remaining 50% upon arrival. You will also be asked for a €500 deposit against damages on arrival (cash or travellers cheques please). On departure, this will be refunded, less any breakages.

The number of persons staying in the house cannot be higher than the number of bed places, confirmed at time of booking. Should you need to cancel, the following rates will apply: 10% of the total rent up to 4 months (120 days) before the date of arrival; 50% up to 2 months (60 days) before the date of arrival; 100% as from the 59th day before arrival. Should the owners manage to rent the house partly or fully for the cancelled period they will of course refund you accordingly.
