The owners have reached an arrangement with one of the best spa hotels in Montegrotto Terme (providing saunas, massages and also lunches or dinners on request at very reasonable prices) and with Golf Club Frassanele.
Nearby Villa Mandriola you’ll find horse-riding (6km), tennis courses (6km), shooting/hunting reserve (20km), bowling (5Km), hot-air ballooning (14km), a huge Protection Center for Animal (110km), an amusement park (4km), four different golf fields and a delicatessen shop at 200meters from the Villa.
Depending on season, weekly prices range from EURO €2000 in low season, to €2700 in mid season and €3300 in high season.
Low season: 6 January to 31 March, 13 October to 22 December.
Mid season: 31 March to 9 June, 1 September to 13 October
and Christmas (until January 5 2008).
High season:9 June to 1 September and Easter.
All the above rental prices are for up to 10 people.
Rooms are also available on a short stay basis (minimum stay is 3 nights).
Prices include bed and bath linen, water, electricity, gas, 2 hours a day of maid service, garden and pool maintainance, and baby cot.
Prices don't include security deposit (€800), heating, additional bed, final cleaning (€200), internet access, telephone, fax. If you bring your pet, there is a small extra charge.
