Just a few steps away from the famous Rialto Bridge, directly north of St Mark’s Square, but away from the crowds, this accommodation is in a very quiet part of the Castello quarter.
The apartments are part of an eighteenth-century, raised ground floor property. This allows very easy access (there are only two steps) while ensuring that the accommodation is dry and comfortable all year round. Both apartments were fully renovated in 2004. The property features a shared private garden, a rare commodity in Venice, where you will find tables and chairs to allow you to sit out and enjoy the fresh air. The nearest boat stop is less than 100 metres away.
From here you can start dreaming – viewing the northern part of the Lagoon, facing the famous Islands of San Michele and Murano. Your hosts want you to feel right at home. During your stay they will be on hand to suggest the most interesting itineraries and museums and of course the best restaurants, where you can taste Venetian specialities at a good price.
The main apartment has suspended wooden floors to maintain a dry, comfortable environment throughout the year. It also features built-in air conditioning and de-humidifying. This apartment perfectly suits two couples or a family, but it could be suitable for a group of friends of up to nine people.

The main door to the apartment opens into an area containing two single beds. There are also doors to the lounge/dining room, two bedrooms and the bathroom. The lounge/dining room looks out onto the shared garden and includes a full modern kitchen with vented four-ring cooker, including an oven and grill, a fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle and iron (a vacuum cleaner is stored in the twin bedroom). There is also a TV with DVD player and this room includes sleeping capacity for up to three people, in the form of a double sofabed and a single 'bergere': a full-sized single bed that also serves as a divan.
Of the two bedrooms, one is a double and the other can be configured either as a double or twin room. Both offer spacious, modern wardrobes. The beds are of a high quality and very comfortable. The modern bathroom includes a shower cubicle, wash basin, bidet, WC and hair-dryer as well as a washing machine. The floor is covered with a contemporary marble mosaic.
The Santa Giustina Studio Apartment at Ramo delle Moschette is ideal for a couple but could accommodate up to five people. It is particularly suitable for singles or couples requiring reasonably-priced accommodation for longer lets. The front door of the studio leads into the main lounge/bedroom. This is equipped with a one-piece pull-down double bed which, if folded away against the wall, reveals a two-seater sofa for use during the day (although most guests are happy to leave the bed permanently down). In addition, there is a combined wardrobe and TV unit with a television and DVD. This room also contains an additional single pull-out bed. The main room leads through a small hallway to the kitchen. The hallway also contains a door to the bathroom.
