A lovely holiday home in Venice, Italy – overlooking the square Campo Sant'Angelo – this apartment is on the first floor of a small, 18th century palazzo.
Sant'Angelo is a charming apartment on the first floor of this historic building. The windows of the living room overlook the Campo (square) S. Angelo; those of the master bedroom look upon on the Calle degli Avvocati (lawyer's road). The second bedroom and the kitchen look onto a typical venetian backyard. All rooms are full of light and the furnishing is simple but very comfortable.
Campo S. Angelo is a vast and beautiful square located on the right bank of the Grand Canal in the most central quarter of Venice - the San Marco Sestriere. The Rialto bridge and Piazza San Marco (St Mark's Square) are only ten minutes' walk. The famous theatre La Fenice, Palazzo Grassi and the vaporetto (boat stop) are only two minutes away from the apartment. Must-sees include the Galleria dell’Accademia, only five minutes' walk from here, with paintings by Tiziano (Titian), Giorgone, Veronese, Carpaccio, Tiepolo, Bellini, Tintoretto and many more. The area is full of artisan shops and restaurants and it is particularly lively.
