The entrance/living room looks out over the meadow in front of the house and is composed of a living area, dining area and kitchen corner. Also on the ground floor there is a double bedroom, bathroom, and store room.
On the mezzanine there is a second double bedroom with separable beds, a bathroom and wardrobe corner.
Outside there is a private garden area with table and chairs for alfresco dining and a sun lounger where you can relax in the shade of the trees.
Price Euro 1,260 per week. The apartment also has a double sofa bed:
additional charge of Euro 20 per day for 1 extra guest and Euro 30 per day for 2 extra guests.

Apartment Il Portico (sleeps 2+2)
Situated directly above Apartment Mezą, this is a particularly bright holiday apartment with pleasant views over the garden and lake.
There is a double bedroom with separable beds, bathroom with shower, kitchen and dining room, and a relaxing living-corner with sofa, TV, books and magazines.
For outside dining there is an area below the house furnished with table, chairs and benches for the use of guests in Mezą and Portico Apartments.
Price Euro 770 per week.
The apartment also has a double sofa bed:
additional charge of Euro 20 per day for 1 extra guest and Euro 30 per day for 2 extra guests.

Bedrooms in the the villa.
The 'Magnolia' room is on the first floor and is a double bedroom with private bathroom and a large terrace looking onto the park.
On the next floor are the 'Stanze dei Frutti', a suite composed of entrance, two bedrooms (one twin, one single), TV and library, a spacious bathroom with tub, and a view over the garden. There is also air-conditioning.
Rooms in the villa include breakfast and daily room tidying.
Minimum stay is two days.
Prices:
Magnolia (1st floor) from Euro 92 (single occupancy) to Euro 130 per night
Stanze dei Frutti (2nd floor) from Euro 120 - 170 per night.

The family has a library rich with volumes of particular interest (Venetian history and culture) that is open for the use of guests, while for outdoor lovers the park offers the chance to jog or walk in perfect peace. The Brenta canal can be followed from the Venetian Lagoon on pedestrian routes and cycle lanes and is an extraordinary itinerary among architectural jewels, historical monuments, gardens and groves of willows, tamarisk and sycamore trees. A boat trip along the canal is not to be missed. There are hundreds of beautiful centuries old country houses and gardens along this stretch of water, a testament to its historic popularity with the aristocratic families of Venice.

The villa enjoys an exceptional position as a touring base, with Venice and Padua 20 and 18 km away respectively, and the centre of Dolo only a kilometre away. There is a bus stop a short distance from the house with services to Venice and Padua every half hour, while the railway station of Dolo-Ballo' is only 4 km away and Venice Marco Polo International Airport 25 km away.
