Deluxe apartment Rosa is on two floors and sleeps up to 3 people in its elegantly furnished accommodation. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with kingsize sofa-bed, antique sideboard and a TV with satellite. The small kitchen has microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine. A full set of dishes and crockery for 4 people is of course supplied. The small bathroom is provided with shower stall and hair-dryer.
On the first floor there is a big bedroom with two beds (separate or combined to give a king size) with a second TV. The big bathroom, with window, is provided with a beautiful Jacuzzi bathtub and hair-dryer. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and the living room has Wi-Fi Internet connection.

Deluxe apartment Lavanda covering two floors and sleeping up to 4 people is comfortably and elegantly furnished. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a kingsize sofa-bed, antique sideboard and a TV with satellite. The small kitchen has microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine. A full set of dishes and crockery for 4 people is supplied. The small bathroom is provided with shower stall and hair-dryer. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with two beds (separate or combining to give a king size) with a second TV, and the other with a single bed. The big bathroom with window is provided with beautiful Jacuzzi bathtub and hair-dryer. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and the living room has Wi-Fi Internet connection.

Accommodation for the rooms at this Italy farm is generally bed and breakfast. Linen is changed every four days or so, though you can pay for additional changes. There restaurant is only for guests.

The farm and its rooms and apartments are perfect for seminars and conferences. Your hosts will be delighted to help you plan your accommodation. There is a room on the second floor, available for conferences at EURO €150 per day, with all the equipment you will need, including loudspeaker and microphone, a projector for transparencies and screen, television and video player, flipcharts, a video projector to be connected to a portable computer. And there’s so much to pass the time on this Italy farm. As well as the pool there are cycles (for the children too), and good cycling over flat ground. There is table tennis, a card table in the lounge, a children’s corner with books and tourist leaflets, satellite TV and Wi-fi area. Outside there is a bowls area and a barbecue that it can be used by the guests. There are tennis courts nearby, and horses from a nearby farm, with good riding paths.

And there is the produce of the farm: apples, pears, apricots, plums, peaches, nectarines, and kiwis. This Italy farm produces its own honey, jam and preservers. During the season there is fresh produce from the vegetable garden: a little of everything, from salads to tomatoes, from courgettes to beans, from peppers to aubergines, from onions to aromatic herbs. There are chickens, and there are of course fresh eggs.

For multiple occupancy bedrooms (Albicocca, Ciliegia, Fragola, Mela or Pera) the daily bed and breakfast rate is EURO €40 per person. For single occupancy there is an extra charge of €15 Euro per night. Ask about discounts for children. Standard mini-apartments (Nespola or Pesca) are €140 a night. Deluxe apartments Rosa is € 110,00 and Lavanda € 150,00 a night. Breakfast, if required is €5 a head.
