Villa Catureglio dates back to the 15th Century,
and is a splendidly restored and decorated Italian country
villa, with extensive private gardens, a private swimming pool,
its own chapel, and sleeping space for up to 16 guests. The villa also has three adjacent cottages, with a combined
sleeping capacity of more than twenty.

Catureglio is a perfect place for weddings and events, the imposing
villa
and delightful gardens set amid the wooded hills of the Serchio valley
offer a secluded setting for special gatherings. The layout of the estate
with the villa at its' centre, the courtyard, lemon trees, fountain and
chapel framing this, above olive groves and vines and below the cottages.
The
combined sleeping capacity of villa and cottages is 37.
We can offer help with catering using local produce and regional
specialities with an emphasis on fresh seasonal ingredients; wines from
Tuscany and the Lucca hills; we can also help organise flowers and music, a
group of musicians who can play chamber music and traditional
tunes
for the ceremony and party.
We can advise on necessary documentation
and translate tor civil ceremonies, and the town hall
is a six minute drive away in the village of
Borgo a Mozzano.
